Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant (Part-Time) Loftly Properties manages luxury short-term rentals and boutique hospitality experiences across the Colorado mountains. We're currently operating a 14-room boutique hotel in Nederland, CO, a one-of-a-kind property in one of Colorado's most beloved mountain towns. We run a small, tight-knit team and take pride in the guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door. About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, experienced housekeeper to join our hotel team part-time. This is consistent, predictable work, not gig-style on-call scrambles. You'll be responsible for maintaining our rooms to a high standard and helping ensure every guest has an exceptional stay. What You'll Do Clean and turn over guest rooms between stays (changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, mopping) Restock in-room amenities and supplies Inspect rooms before guest arrival and report any damage or maintenance needs Follow Loftly's room reset standard (training + photo guides provided) Communicate with the property manager on room status and any issues What We're Looking For Located in or near Nederland, Black Hawk, or Gilpin County Prior hotel or vacation rental housekeeping experience preferred Reliable transportation, mountain roads year-round High attention to detail and pride in your work Dependable and communicative — this is a small team and your role matters Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and check-in confirmations Weekend availability required; flexibility during peak seasons (summer, ski season, holidays) Why Loftly?
