Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Vacation Rental Cleaner and enjoy a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle. You'll clean and prepare vacation rental properties between guest stays—choosing which jobs work for you. Your attention to detail and dedication ensure every guest arrives to a spotless, welcoming home ready for their stay. Whether you're experienced in cleaning or eager to develop new skills, we'll train you on our standards and properties. How It Works Turnovers aren't always same-day — most properties have a gap between guests, so you often have a flexible window to complete the clean When there is a same-day turnover: Guest checkout is 10 AM, next guest checks in at 4 PM. Get the job done before check-in and we'll get it inspected You accept jobs you want. Decline the ones that don't fit—you're in control Timing is yours — work as much or as little as you want week to week Your Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces Tidy and prepare deck/patio areas for guests Perform detailed cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundering linens Complete cleans before guest check-in and in time for inspection Use the Breezeway app to check in, follow property checklists, report maintenance issues, and communicate with management Deliver quality work—guests notice, and so do we What You Need Reliable transportation around Pagosa Springs Working smartphone to access the Breezeway app (free download; we'll send login details) Flexibility around guest check-in windows Accountability — if you accept a job, get it done on time and to our standards Experience is a plus but not necessary — we'll train you. Any cleaning, residential, commercial, or hospitality background is helpful What Clean Times Look Like 1-2 hour cleans: 1-bedroom properties or light turnover cleaning 2-3 hour cleans: 2-3 bedroom properties, standard turnover 3-4 hour cleans: 4+ bedroom properties or properties needing deep attention Most weeks you'll mix property sizes—not every clean is a heavy 4-hour job.

Compensation Hourly rate:

$21-28/hour depending on experience. Schedule Reality Booking windows are typically Friday-Sunday and Monday-Tuesday turnovers Peak season (May-Sept + holidays) = more jobs available Off-season = fewer bookings, but we prioritize keeping steady cleaners with work Same-day turnovers have a 10 AM-4 PM window, but most jobs have more flexibility Minimum commitment: 2 cleans per week What We Provide Clear property instructions and checklists in Breezeway Direct, no-nonsense communication with our team Steady work (especially during peak season) Training on our standards and properties This energetic position invites motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness.
