Commercial Cleaning Full-Range Technician Join Our Team at Enviro-Master of Denver North Enviro-Master of Denver North is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaning Full-Range Technicians serving commercial clients throughout North Denver, Colorado. You'll be trained across multiple service offerings while working independently in a supportive team environment. Part-Time Schedule Work Monday through Friday during early morning hours through late morning/noon while servicing commercial accounts in Loveland, Greeley, and Fort Collins. Role Overview This position primarily services commercial facilities in Loveland, Greeley, and Fort Collins, Colorado. Restroom Deep-Cleaning Perform our unique "HardReset" decontamination and protection process for commercial restroom fixtures using a company-provided service kit with state-of-the-art equipment, tools, and chemicals. Floor Deep Cleaning Perform "HardReset" deep cleaning (not stripping/waxing) of hard floors such as tile & grout, cement, and linoleum using power scrubbing and wet vac equipment, along with specialized chemicals. Dispenser Installation and Repair Handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of state-of-the-art restroom dispensers, ensuring functionality and reliability. New Customer Service Installations Serve as the primary technician for new customer program installations while helping maintain a high standard of service. Support and Flexibility Act as a floater/back-up for the weekly service route technician team and provide hourly support as needed for Operations Manager tasks. Qualifications & Skills Detail-Oriented Exceptional attention to detail is a must. Comfortable with Tools & Equipment Comfortable using tools and powered equipment. Communication Strong verbal communication skills in English. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the workday. Reliability Trustworthy, accountable, and able to work independently. Driver Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record and access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Tech-Savvy Must own a smartphone for routing tools and field communication. Education A high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
