Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness for short term rentals. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues and ensuring supplies are stocked. Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards Requirements Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and work independently. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weights as needed during cleaning tasks. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients or guests. Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the needs of the business.
