Everpine is looking for experienced independent cleaners and small cleaning teams. We handle marketing, customer booking, and billing. You see the location, cleaning scope, and exact payout before deciding whether to accept each job. What you get 50% of the booked cleaning service subtotal , including approved cleaning add-ons. 100% of customer tips for the assigned cleaner or team. Weekly payouts for completed jobs. Freedom to accept jobs that fit your availability and service area. Flexibility to keep your own clients and work with other businesses. A paid trial cleaning for selected applicants. What that can look like A $200 cleaning pays you $100. A $300 cleaning pays you $150, plus any tips. These are examples, not guaranteed job values. Payouts are before your business expenses and taxes. For teams, the payout is the team's total. Customer taxes and tips are excluded from the 50% calculation. The work Standard and recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Additional services may be available based on your experience. What we're looking for Professional residential cleaning experience; one year or more preferred. Your own cleaning equipment, supplies, and reliable transportation. Dependable communication and careful treatment of customers' homes. Ability to meet insurance and onboarding requirements before accepting assignments. Solo cleaners and small teams are welcome. An LLC is not required to apply. This is an independent contractor opportunity. You are responsible for your business expenses and taxes.
