Job Description

Come join our growing Maintenance Team as a Full-Time Porter with Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS), in Bridgeport, CT!
Position:
Porter Location:
Crescent Crossing, our 263-unit residential community in Bridgeport, CT 06608
Hours:
The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily, weekends possible. Competitive base hourly pay, discussed during interview process Automatic hourly pay increases every quarter (every 3 months) following your initial 90-days on the job, and eligible for annual discretionary bonus at year-end Excellent Employee health benefits and programs offered. Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
Qualifications:
Education High school diploma or GED required Experience 1 or more years of related experience preferred Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License required
