Duties Operate commercial-grade pressure washers safely and effectively to clean various surfaces including buildings, vehicles, machinery, and outdoor structures. Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Assess work sites to determine the appropriate cleaning methods, pressure levels, and cleaning agents needed for each task. Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to environmental regulations. Prepare work areas by setting up necessary equipment, securing work zones, and ensuring all tools are in proper working order before starting projects. Document completed work, including detailed reports on tasks performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during operations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications Proven experience operating pressure washing equipment or similar power cleaning tools. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to high-pressure water systems and chemical handling. Ability to inspect equipment for maintenance needs and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality assurance. Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy equipment, and perform manual tasks for extended periods. Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team environment.
