Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Conduct detailed floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Handle custodial responsibilities by restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas Execute industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of large equipment or specialized areas Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting (residential painting skills are a plus), and equipment upkeep to support overall building operations Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules and supplies inventory for accountability and efficiency Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of commercial or residential cleaning standards Expertise in floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and equipment operation for large-scale or specialized environments Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and painting efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cleaning tasks effectively Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues promptly Join us in maintaining pristine environments that foster safety, comfort, and professionalism.
