We provide the customers and manage the customer relationship — you focus on what you do best: providing excellent residential cleaning services. We are looking for dependable cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate well, and are interested in building a long-term working relationship with us. What You'll Do Perform residential cleaning services in clients' homes Complete standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and other residential cleanings as assigned Follow the cleaning requirements provided for each job Arrive on time and ready to work Communicate professionally with Highlands Home Co. Notify us promptly of any scheduling issues, delays, damages, or concerns Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude in clients' homes Complete jobs thoroughly and leave the home in excellent condition Take before/after photos when requested Protect clients' property and maintain confidentiality What We're Looking For We're looking for cleaners who are: Reliable and dependable Professional and respectful Detail-oriented Able to work independently without supervision Comfortable communicating by phone and text Experienced with residential cleaning Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists Punctual and organized Trustworthy and respectful of clients' homes and belongings Customer-service minded Able to complete cleanings within the expected timeframe Available to begin accepting jobs within 1 week Willing to provide references or relevant work history Requirements Previous residential cleaning experience preferred Must have reliable transportation Must have your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment Must have a working smartphone for communication and job information Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the U.S. Must be willing to complete any required onboarding paperwork Must be able to pass a background check, if required Must be able to communicate reliably with Highlands Home Co.
