Location :

Greenwich CT Position Summary The Terminal Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting Operating Rooms (ORs) and designated core areas of the medical facility. The employee must follow all facility and company cleaning procedures and pay close attention to detail, especially when cleaning patient-care areas. Primary Responsibilities Operating Rooms (ORs)

• Perform terminal cleaning of assigned OR rooms.
• Clean and disinfect floors, walls, surfaces, equipment, and other designated areas.
• Clean high-touch areas and surfaces according to facility procedures.
• Clean under and around equipment as required.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Restock cleaning supplies when needed.
• Make sure the OR is clean, organized, and ready for the next use. Core Areas Clean and maintain assigned core areas, including:
• Nurse stations
• Staff lounges
• Bathrooms
• Hallways and common areas
• Other designated patient-care or support areas General Duties
• Follow proper infection-control and cleaning procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Pay close attention to detail when cleaning medical areas.
• Report spills, damage, supply shortages, or other issues to management.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance while on facility property.
• Work cooperatively with facility staff and the cleaning team.
• Complete all assigned work before leaving the facility. Additional Requirements
• Must be dependable and arrive on time for every scheduled shift.
• Must be able to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be comfortable working in a medical/healthcare environment.
• Must follow all facility safety, infection-control, and confidentiality requirements.
• Additional hours may be available or required based on facility needs.

Pay:

$18.00

• $20.

00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
