Independent Contractor - Professional Cleaner Job Overview We are seeking reliable and experienced independent cleaning contractors to provide high-quality residential and/or commercial cleaning services. This is a contract-based opportunity , offering flexible scheduling and consistent job assignments. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial) Proven experience working as a professional cleaner Must have own cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies) Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle) Valid driver's license Legally authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid work permit (if applicable) In good physical condition (able to perform cleaning tasks efficiently) Must carry general liability insurance (or willing to obtain) Must pass a criminal background check Must have an active smartphone with internet access Responsibilities Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Arrive on time and complete jobs within scheduled timeframes Communicate professionally with clients and team members Report any damages or issues during cleaning Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment Compensation Pay is per cleaning/job , based on property size and service type Opportunities for bonuses and tips Flexible workload based on availability Schedule Flexible - choose your availability Weekdays and weekends available Work Location Service areas:
