Duties Perform thorough cleaning of windows on buildings of various heights, including high-rise structures using appropriate equipment such as scissor lifts or scaffolding. Use professional cleaning tools and solutions to achieve streak-free, crystal-clear results on all glass surfaces. Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers, harnesses, and other equipment necessary for safe access to elevated windows. Follow safety protocols rigorously, especially when operating machinery like scissor lifts or working at heights. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tools and supplies used during the cleaning process. Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas needing additional attention. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in commercial window cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles with a strong focus on high-rise or large-scale projects. Demonstrated ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely and effectively. Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques, including the use of specialized cleaning solutions for glass surfaces. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, work at heights, and carry out demanding physical activities throughout the day. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent safety awareness and adherence to OSHA or other relevant safety standards.
