Duties Operate professional steam cleaning equipment to deep-clean carpets, tiles, and hard flooring surfaces efficiently and safely Assess each cleaning site to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions for optimal results Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain high-quality flooring standards Prepare work areas by removing furniture or obstacles and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the process Maintain detailed records of services performed, including cleaning procedures and materials used Follow environmental services guidelines by using eco-friendly cleaning products and minimizing waste Conduct routine janitorial and custodial tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness and hygiene Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or environmental services with a focus on carpet and floor care Strong knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques, tile maintenance, buffing, and floor care equipment operation Ability to identify different flooring types and select appropriate cleaning methods accordingly Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on every job Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in various environments Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding client needs Certification in professional steam cleaning or related training is highly preferred Embark on a career where your skills make a tangible difference!
