A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Custodian - Full Time Girard Toyota is hiring a full-time custodian with general building upkeep, repairs and preventative work for our dealership. If you have basic, general do-it-yourself maintenance knowledge, we will train.

To be considered:

Knowledgeable in general building maintenance such as good on ladders while performing safety first, lighting replacements, lights, trash, floors and other duties as assigned. Able to follow and complete schedules Be able to follow directions and work independently under the guidance of the maintenance manager Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
