Operations Supervisor Position Summary:

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the ice rink facility. Duties include cleaning locker rooms, restrooms, public areas, offices, and spectator seating, as well as assisting with facility setup and general maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, team rooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility. Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly. Clean glass, windows, railings, and rink boards as needed. Restock restroom and facility supplies, including paper products and soap. Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, concession areas, meeting rooms, and spectator seating. Assist with setup and breakdown of events, tournaments, public skating sessions, and hockey games. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and equipment malfunctions to management. Operate cleaning equipment safely and according to established procedures. Assist with snow, ice, or weather-related facility upkeep when required. Follow all facility safety, health, and sanitation standards. Any and all duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout a shift. Comfortable working in cold environments near the ice surface. Desired Traits Dependable and punctual. Strong work ethic. Pay:

$16.94 - $18.00 per hour
