Look Outside Window & Exterior Cleaning is a fast-growing company based in Norwalk, CT, and we're hiring motivated, hardworking people to join our crew this season. • Professional window cleaning (residential & commercial)
• House washing & pressure washing (driveways, siding, decks, patios)
• Gutter cleaning and roof cleaning/soft washing
• Deliver top-quality service and exceptional customer experiences
• Safely set up and operate all cleaning equipment
• Work as part of a supportive, high-energy crew
• Travel to job sites in the Norwalk/Fairfield County area Pay & Compensation $18/hour during training period $20/hour + tips after training
• 30+ hours per week
• Monday-Friday, daytime hours only
• Occasional weekends during peak season (optional) Benefits & Perks

Requirements Required:

• Self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Friendly, professional personality
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior services
