ABOUT THE ROLE

House Bath Company is a Connecticut-based exterior cleaning company specializing in soft wash services for residential and light commercial properties. We treat roofs, siding, decks, driveways, and more — protecting homes without the damage that high-pressure washing causes. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working technician to join the team this season. You'll work alongside experienced crew members, learn proper soft wash technique, and have a real opportunity to grow into a lead role if you show up and perform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate soft wash equipment and apply cleaning solutions to exterior surfaces (roofs, siding, fences, decks, driveways)
• Set up and break down job sites safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
• Inspect work quality and flag any issues to the lead
• Keep equipment clean and properly maintained
• Complete jobs on schedule and meet daily production targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable — you show up on time, every time
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Prior exterior cleaning or landscaping experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person
• Professional demeanor with homeowners

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Seasonal position: Spring through Fall
• Strong performers have the opportunity to stay on year-round
• Typical hours: Monday-Friday, early start times
• Based in Connecticut — local applicants strongly preferred
