WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive the team safely to and from job sites Lead and support a 2-3 person cleaning team Perform professional residential and commercial cleanings Deep cleans, recurring cleanings, move-in/move-out, post-construction Ensure checklists and standards are followed on every job Communicate clearly with management and clients when needed Maintain a positive, respectful team environment This is professional cleaning , not rushed or careless work. We provide the tools, products, systems, and training — you bring the leadership and attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS
(IMPORTANT) To be considered for this role, you must: Have professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial) Be a reliable driver with a valid driver's license Be comfortable driving to multiple job sites Be bilingual (Spanish & English) —
