In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of club facilities, ensuring that every space reflects our commitment to excellence. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to an inviting atmosphere that promotes health, safety, and pride in our community. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all club areas, including floors, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct routine floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitation to uphold hygiene standards Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure large-scale or deep-clean projects are completed efficiently Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs needed for equipment or infrastructure to ensure a safe environment Maintain cleanliness logs and complete shift reports to document completed tasks and any issues encountered Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills Ability to work independently while following established safety guidelines and procedures Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Join us in creating an exceptional environment where cleanliness meets community pride!
