Position Summary:

Cleaning Technician I:

Employees provide general cleaning to customer sites. Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to): General Cleaning Spot Cleaning / Vacuuming Carpets Dusting Trash Removal Dust Mopping / Sweeping Damp Mopping Recycling and Breakdown of Materials Specific to Job Site Restroom Cleaning Damp mopping / disinfection of floors Dusting spot cleaning of partitions and vents Replenishing supplies such as toilet tissues, paper towels, etc Removal of trash Cleaning / disinfection of sinks, toilets, and urinals Cleaning of mirrors and fixtures Maintaining Janitor / Supply Closet Ensuring all necessary cleaning solutions and equipments are available Keeping equipment and supplies organized and ready for the next scheduled shift

Essential Job Requirements:

Experience:

1 year of janitorial experience preferred.

Required Skills:

Successful completion of on-the-job rules, safety training, general office cleaning,restroom cleaning, and bloodborne pathogen training where required.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms and talk.
