In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and shine of windows on commercial and residential properties. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every window is spotless, enhancing the overall appearance of our clients' spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and deliver exceptional results that brighten up every environment you touch. Duties Clean windows on high-rise, multi-story, or ground-level buildings using appropriate tools and safety equipment Use squeegees, scrubbers, cleaning solutions, and other specialized equipment to achieve streak-free finishes Inspect windows for damage or dirt buildup and report any issues to supervisors Follow safety protocols rigorously when working at heights or in challenging conditions Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order for each job Coordinate with team members to complete scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and on time Ensure all work areas are left clean and free of debris after completing each job Experience Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar outdoor cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates Ability to work at heights safely using harnesses or scaffolding when necessary Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Physical stamina to stand, climb, lift, and work in various weather conditions throughout the day Excellent communication skills to understand job requirements and collaborate effectively with team members Join us in creating brighter, cleaner environments!
