Job Description:

Germ Slayers Cleaning & Maintenance Solutions is hiring a Janitorial Technician for a State of Delaware facility in Dover, DE. This is a confirmed, ongoing position at one specific site under a State of Delaware contract running through 2028.

Responsibilities:

Sweep, dust mop, wet mop, and vacuum floors (3x/week) Low dust, remove trash, and clean/disinfect restrooms and touch points (3x/week) Polish and clean glass (3x/week) Follow building security, key control, and alarm procedures Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation to Dover, DE Must pass a DELJIS background check (Delaware Justice Information System) prior to first shift, this site is a Department of Justice-affiliated facility with fingerprint-based screening through the State Bureau of Identification, which takes longer to process than a standard check Ability to work mornings consistently, Mon/Wed/Fri Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required Authorized to work in the United States Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
