Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in cleaning and/or maintenance of facilities preferred. Possess basic technology skills. Willingness to work as a member of a team and exhibit sound interpersonal skills. Able to perform essential job functions on site in year-round weather conditions, lifting 50 lbs., climbing ladders, walking/standing for long periods of time, and completion of tasks requiring full range of movement. In addition, must be able to operate machinery necessary for cleaning.

Performance Responsibilities:

Work in collaboration with night custodial crew to ensure that facilities are clean, attractive, and safe for the school community. Supports the maintenance of all indoor areas including hallways, classrooms, common areas, and bathrooms. Assists in the care and repair of equipment, management of supplies, and inventory. Communicates effectively with night lead, building chief, school administration and other staff to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient manner. Exhibits positive and professional interaction with all employees, students, and community members. Work to clear snow when necessary. Supports all custodial duties if necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Terms of Employment:

Twelve (12) month position. Night position only

• 3:00 â€" 11:00 daily.

Salary and Benefits:

Pension and benefit eligible position.

Salary Range:

$41,687

• $54,560
