Night Janitorial Supervisor/Lead

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor/Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations across our facilities. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial activities across multiple locations, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet quality standards. Lead, motivate, and train janitorial staff in proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service practices. Schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity and accountability. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and laundry products; place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with management to develop cleaning procedures that improve efficiency and environmental sustainability. Experience Proven supervising or leadership experience in janitorial services or custodial management within commercial, hospitality, or hotel environments. Extensive background in cleaning tasks including general custodial work, laundry services, and specialized cleaning such as carpet or floor care. Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety regulations. Experience managing teams in fast-paced settings with a focus on hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable. Pay:

$24.03 - $28.95 per hour
