Responsibilities Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently across multiple job sites. Assess surfaces and determine the appropriate cleaning techniques, pressure levels, and cleaning agents for optimal results. Prepare work sites by setting up hoses, nozzles, safety barriers, and other necessary tools before starting each project. Perform routine maintenance on pressure washers, including inspections, troubleshooting issues, and replacing worn parts to ensure reliable operation. Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations to protect yourself, colleagues, clients, and the surrounding environment. Communicate clearly with team members and clients to coordinate schedules, clarify project requirements, and deliver excellent service. Document work performed through detailed reports, including before-and-after photos when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience operating pressure washing equipment or similar machinery in a professional setting. Strong understanding of surface materials and appropriate cleaning methods to prevent damage. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and environmental practices. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Valid driver's license preferred; ability to travel between job sites as needed. Certifications related to safety or equipment operation are a plus but not mandatory.
