Job Description
The carpet cleaning technician will be responsible for our commercial and residential customers. Cleaning and maintaining the professional appearance of company vehicles and all equipment. Evening work on rotation. ON-CALL every other week for emergency flood water extraction. Use company tools and machinery to complete assigned work. Ceramic Tile and grout cleaning. Bi-lingual preferred but no required English/Spanish. Will train the right candidate. All-day physical labor (including but not limited to lifting up to 75lbs, bending, climbing up steps, stretching and squatting, carrying, repetitive movements with legs and arms. Opportunity for advancement with Over-Time pay. Attention to detail, reliable, and respectful. Accept responsibility for errors and mistakes. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to various surrounding counties. (New Castle, Kent, Cecil, Chester, Delaware, etc.) Job duties may include: Carpet Cleaning, carpet repairs, emergency water removal, tile and grout cleaning, building cleaning, and air-duct / dryer vent cleaning.
