Job Description
Requirements:
- Professional cleaning experience is required. Paid training is offered. Must be able to supply professional references.
- Must have a valid drivers licence.
- Must be experienced and skilled in carpet cleaning, and pressure washing.
- Reliable transportation to office (company issued vehicles used for jobs)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen analysis.
- The ability to work independently and work with a team.
- Self-motivated, high energy individual with the ability to efficiently complete work load with precision and a strong attention to detail.
- A neat and clean appearance with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Communication and time-management skills.
Job Description:
Responsibilities of service cleaning specialist include but are not limited to:- Carpet cleaning, pressure washing, tile and grout, and window cleaning
- Vacuuming carpeting and edges
- Clean/disinfect surfaces leaving a streak-free appearance
- Clean glass leaving a streak-free appearance
- Clean bathroom stalls, toilets, urinals, sinks, vanities and fixtures
- Mop hard flooring
- Managing supply inventory
- Provide a pleasant experience and high-end result for our clients.
- Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Day Shift (7:00 AM
- 6:00 PM).
