This position helps ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and recreational areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies. Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces in common areas. Monitor building grounds and remove litter, leaves, and debris. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and reporting maintenance issues. Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal, salting walkways, or leaf cleanup, as required. Set up and clean up community rooms for meetings or resident events. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked. Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer guidelines. Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies. Report safety hazards, damages, or security concerns to the property manager or maintenance supervisor.

Full-Time Pay Rate:

$16 PLEASE
