Aragon Condo, Boca Raton, FL Skyward Building Services is hiring a working Janitorial Lead for Aragon Condo in [City], FL.

This is a hands-on role:

you'll clean alongside your team and also help guide the day-to-day work at the property. If you're dependable, take pride in a spotless building, and are ready to step into a leadership role, we'd like to hear from you. What you'll do: Perform hands-on cleaning of common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms Empty trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces throughout the property Lead and support the cleaning team on site, including assigning daily tasks Train new team members on cleaning procedures and expectations Check the quality of the work and follow cleaning checklists Keep track of supplies and report what's needed Serve as the point of contact for property management on site What we're looking for: Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred Leadership or lead experience a plus Reliable and punctual, able to lead by example Available to work weekends as part of your schedule Good communication skills Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift What we offer: $21/hr Full-time, 35 hours per week Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Stable, long-term employment with room to grow Why Skyward Building Services?
