Full Job Description Experienced Pressure Cleaning / Soft Wash Technician -

Full Time Pay:

$18-$24 per hour, based on experience + overtime + bonus opportunities + tips Aqua Force Pressure Cleaning is hiring an experienced Pressure Cleaning / Soft Wash Technician to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional, hands-on pressure cleaning and soft washing experience who can step into the field and contribute immediately. The right candidate is dependable, works hard, takes pride in producing professional results, understands proper chemical use and property protection, and can work safely and efficiently as part of a crew. You'll work with professional-grade equipment on residential, commercial, HOA, roof cleaning, exterior cleaning, and paver sealing projects throughout South Florida. Responsibilities Soft wash one, two-story, & 3 story roofs Pressure clean driveways, patios, pool decks, sidewalks, screen enclosures, roofs, and other exterior surfaces Perform soft wash and exterior house cleaning Complete residential, commercial, HOA, and community pressure cleaning projects Assist with paver and natural stone cleaning and sealing Properly mix, apply, and control sodium hypochlorite and other cleaning chemicals Protect landscaping, customer property, electrical components, vehicles, pets, and surrounding surfaces Safely set up, carry, and use ladders Safely access and walk tile roofs when required Follow company procedures for chemical handling, plant protection, equipment operation, and jobsite safety Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Work efficiently with other crew members to complete jobs on schedule Required Experience Minimum 2 years of professional pressure cleaning / soft washing experience Experience operating pressure washers, surface cleaners, and soft wash systems Experience working with sodium hypochlorite and exterior cleaning chemicals Knowledge of proper plant and property protection procedures Ability to safely work from ladders and on one- and two-story roofs Experience walking barrel tile and Spanish tile roofs without damaging roofing materials Understanding of proper surface-cleaner technique Ability to identify different surfaces and choose appropriate cleaning methods Strong attention to detail Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Paver sealing experience is strongly preferred , including experience applying sealer to brick pavers, travertine, and natural stone using pump sprayers and/or rollers. Physical & Employment Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation to and from work Working cell phone Ability to lift and carry ladders and equipment weighing up to approximately 70 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift, and work outdoors for 8-10 hours Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida heat Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screening Valid driver's license required Must be 21 or older with an acceptable driving record to operate company vehicles High school diploma or equivalent preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We Offer $18.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience Overtime pay after 40 hours Bonus opportunities Customer tips Steady full-time work Monday-Friday schedule Professional-grade equipment Established company and experienced team Opportunity to learn additional services and advance within the company Schedule Monday-Friday Approximately 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Occasional overtime, weekend, early-morning, or night work may be required depending on project scheduling. Explain how you would protect the landscaping before, during, and after the roof cleaning.
