What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

If you enjoy working independently and staying active, this job is for you. ⭐ What You'll Do Keep parking lots, sidewalks, flower beds, trash cans, and dumpster areas clean Use PME-provided equipment to maintain property standards Report any issues or needed repairs Follow all health & safety guidelines ⭐ What You MUST Have Valid Florida Driver's License Experience in porter work, landscaping, or groundskeeping Reliable transportation and a cell phone Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Dependability, integrity, and a positive attitude Ability to pass a drug screening (required) ⏰ Schedule Full-time Start times between 12:00 AM - 10:00 AM Must be available weekdays & weekends •This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
