Job Summary :

As a Pressure Washing Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality exterior cleaning services using pressure washing equipment. This includes cleaning driveways, patios, sidewalks, building exteriors, and other surfaces to remove dirt, grime, and other debris. The ideal candidate will have experience in pressure washing or a related field, as well as a strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform Pressure Washing Services :

Use pressure washing equipment to clean a variety of surfaces, including driveways, walkways, decks, building exteriors, roofs, and more.

Customer Interaction :

Communicate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the results, answer any questions they may have, and provide helpful advice on maintaining cleaned surfaces.

Equipment Maintenance :

Maintain and clean pressure washing equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Job Site Preparation :

Prepare job sites by ensuring that the areas to be cleaned are free from obstacles and ready for pressure washing.

Safety Compliance :

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating pressure washing equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Work Efficiency :

Complete each job efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Reporting and Documentation :

Keep track of services provided, report any issues or concerns to the supervisor, and ensure accurate job completion records.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in pressure washing is required Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality work. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
