Independent Cleaning Contractor - Multiple Central Florida Areas ProFinish Solutions is expanding our network of independent cleaning professionals across Central Florida. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented subcontractors who are interested in receiving residential and commercial cleaning opportunities in their local area. Current Service Areas Opportunities may be available throughout: Hernando County Citrus County Marion County Lake County Sumter County Hillsborough County Pinellas County About the Opportunity This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is not an employee position. Approved contractors may be offered cleaning projects based on location, availability, and service needs. You are free to review available assignments and decide whether you would like to accept or decline them. Responsibilities Depending on the assignment, contractors may: Perform residential, commercial, move-in/out, or other cleaning services Complete the cleaning scope provided for each accepted project Maintain professional communication regarding scheduled work Provide quality, dependable service Submit job completion photos when requested Notify ProFinish Solutions of any issues related to an accepted assignment Minimum Qualifications Contractors must: Have dependable transportation Supply their own cleaning products, tools, and equipment Carry at least $1,000,000 in general liability insurance Have access to a smartphone for scheduling and job communication Be comfortable completing assignments independently Successfully complete required background screening Provide a completed W-9 Complete ProFinish Solutions' subcontractor onboarding process Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus, but we are also interested in dependable applicants who demonstrate strong attention to detail and professional work habits. Assignment & Compensation Information Compensation is determined per cleaning assignment rather than hourly . The payment amount and job information will be provided to the contractor before the assignment is accepted. Contractors are not required to accept every opportunity offered.
