In this energetic role, you will utilize your cleaning expertise to deliver high-quality exterior cleaning services, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety at every job site. Responsibilities Perform exterior cleaning tasks including window washing, pressure washing, and surface scrubbing to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other buildup. Operate equipment such as pressure washers, scaffolding, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently to access hard-to-reach areas. Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or lifts, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Conduct detailed inspections of surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain all cleaning tools and equipment in excellent condition through regular inspections and proper storage. Follow safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents or injuries during high-elevation work or when handling chemicals. Communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding job scope, progress, and any safety concerns. Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services and any experience in operating drones is highly preferred. Hands-on experience operating scissor lifts or similar elevated work platforms is a strong advantage. Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various exterior surfaces including glass, brick, concrete, and siding. Familiarity with safety standards related to working at heights and operating heavy-duty cleaning equipment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
