CUSTODIAN
•Land Based Position Objective:
To maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment.Requirements:
1 year of experience No minimum education required Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities- Sweep, scrub, and mop
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs
- Dust and polish furniture
- Dispose of trash in the Corporate Office and Terminal in a sanitary manner
- Wash windows as scheduled
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Monitor and report necessary repairs and replacements
- Pick up trash in parking lot
- Other tasks assigned Work environment/Physical Requirements
- Walk, sit, stand, stoop, bend, climb stairs and climb ladders
- Perform moderately demanding physical duties that may involve the regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of reasonably heavy objects and materials (20-50 lbs.)

- Due to our business demands, you must be able to work weekends and holidays.
