Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paver Sealer, Installer, and Pressure Washer Team Leader to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance and restoration team. In this role, you will lead a crew responsible for sealing pavers, installing various flooring and surface materials, and operating pressure washing equipment to restore and enhance outdoor surfaces. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in construction-related tasks, and lead a team toward excellence in outdoor surface care. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of technicians in sealing pavers, installing/repairing pavers and other hardscapes, and pressure washing surfaces across multiple job sites Oversee the preparation of surfaces including cleaning, surface repairs, and ensuring proper application of sealers or coatings Operate power tools, pressure washers, hand tools, and other equipment safely and effectively to complete projects Haul and safely back up a trailer to and from job sites Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, materials used, and quality control checks Maintain equipment and keep job sites clean and safe Communicate professionally with customers when on-site Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paver installation, sealing, power and soft washing Valild drivers license Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, buffing equipment, and other construction-related tools Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Valid experience in construction site management or supervision is preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and quality of work Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday Join us if you're passionate about outdoor surface care and eager to lead a team that delivers exceptional results!
