  • Residential Community Full-Time | Daytime Schedule | Coral Gables, FL We're hiring a full-time cleaner to support a residential community with indoor common areas and shared resident spaces.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, welcoming, and well-maintained throughout the day. What You'll Do Indoor Community Spaces Clean and maintain the clubhouse, club room, leasing/management office, and other shared interior areas Wipe tables, counters, and high-touch surfaces Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Take out trash and restock supplies Keep windows, doors, and entry points clean and presentable Maintain a clean, organized feel for residents, guests, and staff Assist with general cleaning needs throughout the property as assigned Flexibility & Team Support Responsibilities may change depending on the needs of the community Must be open to helping in different areas when needed Ability to adjust priorities throughout the day and support the team as tasks come up Willingness to take direction, receive feedback, and stay flexible with daily responsibilities What We're Looking For Reliable, detail-oriented cleaner who takes ownership of their work Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and stay consistent throughout the day Comfortable cleaning indoor shared spaces and common areas Open to feedback and committed to improving over time Someone who enjoys keeping spaces clean and making a property look its best Flexible mindset and willingness to help where needed Requirements Prior cleaning experience preferred Comfortable being on your feet for several hours Reliable transportation Must be dependable, respectful, and punctual
