Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties and Airbnb listings, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Implement cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure health standards are met or exceeded. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each property. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to maintain high-quality results. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies, outdoor work when necessary, and proper custodial handling of cleaning tools. Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and preferences to ensure satisfaction. Maintain organized schedules to optimize time management across multiple properties while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with various cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols related to manual handling and heavy lifting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple jobs while maintaining attention to detail. Outdoor work experience is a plus for properties requiring exterior maintenance or outdoor cleaning tasks. Previous experience with housekeeper management or custodial roles will be advantageous.
