Schedule:

Two days per week: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM Two days per week: 3:00 AM - 11:30

Dania Beach, Florida Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance Clean carpets using specialized carpet cleaning machines to remove stains and embedded dirt Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure environmental compliance Maintain detailed logs of cleaning tasks completed and report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial or institutional settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and floor polishers effectively Excellent attention to detail with a focus on high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment throughout shifts Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team Commitment to safety procedures and environmentally responsible cleaning practices
