Schedule and Location:
Davie
- Monday through Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm (10hours Weekly).
We are looking for cleaning specialists that are dedicated, detailed oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional quality.
What You'll Do:
Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols. Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the account assigned. Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work. Empty trash receptacles. Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed. Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement. Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazard Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies. Organize janitorial storage closet as needed. Secure all interior offices if applicable. Shut off all lights if required. Set alarm if applicable and secure main entry door. Other duties as needed are based on scope of work.
What We're Looking For:
Maintenance and/or cleaning experience. Detail-oriented and meticulous. Must be able to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping. Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Must always maintain a strong awareness of safety. Must be able to pass a Background Check Must be able to pass Drug Test Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be in good physical condition and able to comfortably perform extended periods of walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting. Ability to lift, carry, and move 25 pounds or more on a regular basis. Capable of working on your feet for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.
