As a Team Leader, you lead a 2-person residential crew, clean alongside your team, hold the quality standard, and earn every quarter based on how well your route performs.

Total compensation:

$19-$22/hr base pay — paid weekly Up to $600/quarter in profit sharing based on your KPI score Mileage reimbursement between job sites Performance pay increases — not calendar-based

Your Professional Credential:

All team members go through our Cleaning Academy training — paid by us After your working interview, you complete your Professional Cleaning Certificate ($650) Payment options: pay in full online or finance monthly through Affirm Affirm example: from $60-$75/month — no hard credit check required Your certificate is yours to keep — a credential that travels with you in your career Team Leaders who are certified earn higher starting pay and faster promotion consideration. Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring all tasks meet quality standards Lead, motivate, and support cleaning staff to achieve optimal performance and teamwork Conduct training sessions on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Monitor work progress, provide constructive feedback, and address any operational issues promptly Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage Enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all team members Support employee ownership initiatives by encouraging accountability and professional development Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles with supervisory or management responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and supplies Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients Experience in hotel or housekeeping management is a plus Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality service, and continuous improvement.
