Customer Service/Porter

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Porter to join our team. This position involves assisting guests with their needs, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting various service functions. Manage valet parking services, including parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently. Support delivery drivers by coordinating the safe transport of goods to and from the facility. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area and surrounding spaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Assist with retail math calculations as needed for inventory management or sales reporting. Drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Valet parking experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles confidently. Strong cash handling skills, with experience operating a cash register being advantageous.
