Janitor

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of all common areas within the property. This position ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and visitors while adhering to established safety standards and association policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, elevators, and amenity spaces. Assist with room setups and breakdowns for meetings, events, and club functions. Clean and sanitize elevators, including floors, walls, mirrors, handrails, buttons, doors, and tracks. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces. Empty trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal. Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces in common areas. Restock restroom supplies, including paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, and other necessary items. Perform spot cleaning and respond promptly to spills, stains, and other cleaning needs. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or repair needs to management in a timely manner. Properly use, maintain, and store cleaning chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulations while performing assigned duties. Assist with special cleaning projects, seasonal tasks, and other duties as assigned. Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Pay Rate:

$18 PLEASE
