What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
1.Clean all kitchen items including:
machines; floors; and walls.2. Clean loading docks, restrooms and kitchen offices.3. Assist floor cleaning and preparation of food items as needed.4. Assist with training employees.5. Remove trash as necessary.6. Perform other duties as assigned.7. Comply with all Fisher Island Club standards (i.e., grooming, conduct, policies and procedures)Education/Skills/Work Experience Required:
Knowledge of cleaning practices and equipment operation.Working Conditions Associated With Job:
