This is a part-time evening position cleaning professional facilities such as offices, commercial buildings, HOA common areas, and other business locations. The exact schedule and number of weekly hours will depend on the assigned location. Most work will take place after normal business hours. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop hard-surface floors Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies Follow written cleaning procedures and location-specific instructions Properly use and care for cleaning products, tools, and equipment Report supply needs, maintenance concerns, damage, or unusual activity Complete assigned work thoroughly and within the scheduled time Secure the facility and follow all key, alarm, and access procedures What We're Looking For Dependable and able to arrive on time for every scheduled shift Strong attention to detail and pride in completing quality work Able to work independently and follow written instructions Professional, respectful, and trustworthy Able to communicate clearly with management Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but training may be provided to the right candidate Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location Access to a working smartphone for scheduling and work-related communication Availability during evening and nighttime hours Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening Why Join Sabal Commercial Cleaning?
