A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Treasure Coast RV Resort is seeking a motivated and energetic Janitor/Custodian to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting for tenants, visitors, and staff alike. Your efforts will help uphold the high standards of cleanliness and safety that define our company. Duties include ensuring the cleanliness of: clubhouse/office pool area bathrooms laundry facility Hours are 5am to 1pm, 3 days a week. This position requires working a weekend day.
