Janitorial Worker

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, window washing, and surface disinfecting to uphold hygiene standards Operate floor care machinery including buffers and polishers to maintain pristine flooring surfaces Assist with industrial cleaning projects that require specialized techniques and equipment Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored; report any supply shortages or equipment malfunctions promptly Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules and completed tasks to ensure accountability and consistency Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing surfaces Experience with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting enhances your candidacy Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that make a difference every day!
