• Full-time Job position description : We're looking for a Full-Time Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!

Pool cleaning experience is required This position reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for cleaning, servicing and chemically treating the pools of customers.

Position Responsibilities :

As a pool cleaner, you will be responsible for various tasks such as brushing, skimming, and vacuuming pools, cleaning filters, testing and adjusting water chemistry. Be able to work efficiently in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions. Ability to work independently or collaboratively with other technicians. The associate must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction. You must adhere to all the traffic laws and regulations when driving provided company vehicles and demonstrate safe and courteous driving habits at all times. Maintain a clean and fully stocked vehicle. Maintain a profitable pool maintenance route. Report necessary customer repairs to the store. Be able to utilize a smart phone for our mobile platform. The associate must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often.

Requirements:

Recent pool cleaning experience is required Valid driver's license with a clean record Be able to lift up to 100 pounds High school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred but not required Top benefits or perks: A company vehicle for pool cleaning Paid vacation time following a qualifying period Weekly bonus based on customer feedback, completing your cleaning route on time, and attendance.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday If your work cannot be completed on its designated day you are expected to come in and complete it on a different day or when rescheduling for holidays, this includes weekends
