Fort Walton Beach - Destin - Miramar Beach Coast & Key Property Services is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Short-Term Rental (STR) Cleaner to join our growing vacation rental team! Our STR cleaners are responsible for making sure vacation homes are guest-ready, clean, organized, and properly stocked between stays. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are extremely important. We are especially looking for someone who is comfortable working in the Fort Walton Beach area and is also willing to travel to Destin and Miramar Beach as needed. What You'll Do Clean and reset short-term rental properties between guests Make beds and ensure linens are properly placed Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Check for damage, missing items, or maintenance issues Restock guest supplies as needed Follow detailed STR turnover checklists Ensure the property is guest-ready before leaving Communicate any issues or concerns to the team Take photos or complete quality-control checks when required Work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines What We're Looking For Extremely reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Comfortable working independently & in teams Able to follow checklists and detailed instructions Good communication skills Professional and respectful in vacation rental properties Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, standing, and repetitive movement Reliable transportation Comfortable traveling between Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and Miramar Beach Previous residential or STR cleaning experience is preferred, but not required for the right person This Position Is a
