Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and floor stripping to keep surfaces pristine Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction during service visits Assist with janitorial tasks like waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Support housekeeping management in scheduling tasks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols Qualifications Prior experience in custodial work or janitorial services is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting or bending Basic familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous Join us in creating clean and welcoming environments that leave lasting positive impressions!
